A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) services are typically covered under insurance plans.

The standard practice for psychotherapy is a 50-minute session. You may hear it referred to as the “50-minute Hour”. So, if your session is scheduled for 2:00pm, it will conclude at 2:50pm, even though the full hour is booked off in the therapist’s calendar.

After a client leaves their session, the therapist must then complete all notation and administrative tasks required for each session. This is what the remaining 10-minutes of the booking are used for.
